Can someone please help me! I just got my x-carve put together and now I’m trying my sample cut. I’ve tried it a couple of times and it does the same thing.
You steppers are loosing steps.
Reduce feed rate
Reduce depth per cut
Adjust your stepper driver current limiters
Make sure everything mechanical move without great friction
One or a combination of the above may fix it.
It’s working now!! Thank y’all so much for your help. I tightened all the wheels and redid the belts (didn’t have them secured correctly). Works perfect now
