I use this feature all the time. First time with this problem. I have no clue as to why it’s not working.
shape exploder doesn’t work with a font.
Xploder app does work with fonts though…
OR if you want to use the Shape Exploder one you can add a shape, then move the shape off to the side, then set the shape to 0 depth, then select the shape and the font, then use the Edit>Combine function and now the design is no longer a font of text, its just vectors and the Shape Exploder app will work just fine.
