Hi. I cannot open the image tracing file in Easel… I can click on import…then on image tracing…but then if I click on search nothing happens…I cannot search. Can anyone please help
Click -import - then image trace - then upload file - then web images - then the dialog box with the search function shows.
I also can not do this at work due to the restrictions in place with the internet but I have never tried it at home to see how it works. this might also be your problem, so sort of site blocker software firewall etc.

Tried it at home no problem searching here. At work we have access level firewalls to prevent unauthorized access so that may be your problem as well.
