Spindle won't cut back on after getting stuck

Spindle won’t cut back on after getting stuck. I checked the emergency button and it’s not on. I unplugged the machine and plugged back in as well. The machine will move, but the spindle won’t turn back on. I have the X-Carve Pro.

Are you able to rotate the spindle by hand? What was the cause of the lockup?

Have you removed the cover on top of spindle to verify the wire is still connected.

For the X-CArve Pro, once a fault occurs to the spindle, you will want to turn it off (I suggest unplugging from AC power also) and leave it for 10-15 minutes allowing the capacitors to discharge, then when you turn it back on the VFD will have reset and allow it to run again.
