Not sure if I like the way this came out or not , not really my style but “the customer is always right!” Hopefully they like it … only had 2 days notice.

I would say it turned out great. I have been wanting to do one but it sort of worries me about how to finish it. I think it looks really good.

Yea I really wanted the grain gong other way but it was last minute and it’s the only big enough piece I had in the scrap bin .
Sanding them is hard ! I painted the letters on the x carve I did the v carve profile then rolled color with a small foam roller then did clearance cut , same with bottom text then after I touched everything up where letters meet.
I think it turned out great.

I like it with the grain going the opposite way, different. I like the antique look too it. Nice job
