Hi, I was trying to tighten the z-axis stop beside the limit switch. I was trying to remove the spindle from the mount first to find one of the screws is stuck. I have lost any grip and its not moving. Any thoughts on the best way to remove a stuck screw. Do I need to cut it off?
Can you Dremel a slot in the head and use a flat screwdriver? I’d probably try a vise grip on the edges of the head first though to try and break it loose.

I would try a screw extractor, If you do not have some you can always order them from amazon

Try a little WD-40. Let the screw soak.

Thanks for everyones help… 
I ended up cutting the screw in half with a Dremel. The front popped off and I could twist off the back
