How long does it take for support to respond? I tried calling and it rang and rang. I submitted a support email over five days ago for missing parts. First time trying to use support. Is this normal?
It’s looks like the Customer Success team responded to you twice via email, but haven’t gotten a response from you yet. Someone reached out last Wednesday and Monday of this week. Can you send me a DM confirming your email address? Maybe it was incorrect and I can have them confirm on their end.
