Sushi & Sashimi are very popular foods here in Hawaii, so thought I would make a special serving platter.
Albizia & Koa woods. V-Carved Koi fish filled with clear resin (red is sharpie marking pen) & pocket to hold container steady.
Now I just have to find some nice Ahi (yellowfin tuna) to slice up.
