Ashley Williams from zeon graphics on Facebook is great. But depending on your designs it could be as simple as convertio or inkscape image trace tool. Also Vector Magic costs $10/month or $300 outright for their program that works great with digtal images and even does pretty well at converting photographs.

I have used Ashley about 15 times. She is very fast and her work is second to none. It is also very reasonably priced. Good luck.
