Testing wiring

Complete Newbie here…

I just finished building the x-carve, and when I’m testing the wiring through Easel, the Y and Z axis work great, but the x-axis won’t move. When I hit the arrow button (either one), it tries to move, but can’t…kind of jumps and then stops.
I called tech support, and they suggested loosening the belt and making adjustments to the v-rollers. Have done all that, but can’t see any difference.

Any thoughts? Motor problem? More adjustments to belts/rollers needed?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Check the wiring on the X-controller and make sure the connector on the motor is fully seated into the motor.
