I cannot thank you enough! You got in a Google Meet with me and took time out of your Sunday to fix my problem. After helping me the past 4 days on this forum. I never ever would have thought to look at the coupler on the X motor!
It was separated!!! The screw had loosened. And now my machine is running perfect after 4+ years collecting dust…I can now create again!
Inventables should hire you! I am sure there are a lot of people who could use this help! I will be sending them an email and making a phone call tomorrow to them.
I will be adding blue loctite to these screws as suggested.
I am beyond grateful!!!
