I would like to thank Sam, what an awesome employee. I had broken two bits above the collet line up in the collet. She managed to not only replace the two broken bits, but sent me a whole box of starter set box of bits. So, big kudos to Zach you have a great group of employees who actually listened when their was a problem. Thanks again to Sam for all your help.

Very knowledgeable and willing to spend the time to help you to the best of their ability.
I am very impressed with them. I’m sure the rest of the company is just as good, customer service like they have just does not happen in a vacuum, it is bred.
