We are aware of an outage that occurred this morning and is ongoing for a significant number of Easel users.
We’ve identified the source of the problem and are currently restoring access. Restoring that access involves running a data migration that is taking some time. As of this moment, about 20% of all users have had their access restored, and that number is growing. We expect all users to have access within an hour.
We apologize for this disruption, and we’ll let you know once complete access has been restored.
