Is there a tool, cut/erase/scissor that allows you to trim a line?
to trim a line (not a closed shape) you would select the line, then press the E key on the keyboard to enter the Node Editor tool, then you can delete specific nodes and alter the shape/size/design of the line. This works similarly with closed shapes, but not identically…
