Designed in VCarve Pro and milled from 3/4” MDF. Music printed on heavy card stock and laminated to MDF with Mod Podge. Painted with acrylic and clear-coated with shellac.

what’s the thickness of the material and what bit was used?
3/4" MDF and simple straight flute 1/8" bit.
