trying to make this for a friend and when i upload it all of it won’t show up? What am i doing wrong/ I’m uploading it as a imagine.

to make a sign into a folding floor sign
So would you cut along the outer black line? Engrave the black and red? Cut separate parts and glue together?
put it one piece of wood and clear out the red letters and Black letters then clear out the outline. i was thinking
