Looks like your board was not at where the “Home” location is.
Home your machine first. I found out on mine that the grid on the spoil board did not line up with what I thought was my home position. Adjusted the board to the proper position and problem was solved.
Also make sure the board is exactly the same size as what you entered. Second look at your picture reveals this…
How did you adjust it? Like how did you relatively understand where the actually home position should be?
