I have a 3018 Pro CNC and I wanted to ask if it is possible to change the collet from 1/8 shaft bits to 1/4 shaft bits?

Yes, the 3018 775 spindle used ER11 collets. you can get an entire set for pretty cheap.
Or Just the 1/4" one for about half the cost of that whole set…
