Using small bits for inlay on x carve

I would like to do some inlay work on my guitars. I would like to use a 1/32 bit. Has anyone used this small a bit on the machine?

I would recommend you try to use a .5mm tapered tool. The 1/32 straight tools are far to easy to break. If you are not cutting very deep it will work great for inlay work. If you have Vectric Vcarve using a vbit for inlays is even better.
