V-Bits Not Working as expected

I am having major problems with my V-Bits. (Easel Pro)
I started by selecting a stock 90 degree v-bit from the bit list. (1/4 width, 90 deg)
Then selected various fonts so I would have a reference of how they would look (at various settings).

Once that was done the next day I started a new project, selected the same 90 V bit and the font I wanted. HOWEVER, now no matter what I do, no matter what settings I change all the results have the v bit cutting a .25 width, (regardless of font I select).
Each of the individual items you see below were the results of changing everything I could find to get back to the results I got the previous day.
Here is the bit setup (the same it was the previous day)

I created a custom v bit, because Easel Pro does not tell you what they have their settings at. But regardless of whether I use the stock v bit settings or a ‘custom bit’ setting I get the same results

I am baffled and could use the communities help on this.
Thanks

Okay found my problem. When ever I did the manual setting of the XYZ, everything worked.
Whenever I used the SainSmart Probe things went wrong. (see photo), when I switched back to manual settings (no other changes made), it worked fine.

I went to Edit Machine and checked the Calibration, it was wrong. I had set the calibration when I first got the machine and everything worked just fine until a few weeks (maybe month??) ago.
Verified the puck dimension, updated and saved the settings, Bob’s your uncle!!

Still a problem remaining. When I select ‘Work Zero*’ from the carve setup menu, which first Homes the machine, then goes to the last project Work Zero, it does not go to the same place as previous, close but visibly off enough that if I use two bits this may be a problem.

Not sure where the calibration of the probe went off, perhaps a software update, but took a lost of wasted production material to find it.
