does those simulated times really take that long??
I’ve actually found Easel’s estimates to be a bit under. But the recommended cut settings are rather conservative. You could increase the feedrate to move things along. And you can often modify your design to reduce the carve time. Also, for every stage of your project, use the largest bit that you can get away with.
Entirely design dependant, the longer total path Easel need to generate the longer it will take. Especially noticeable when doing V-bit simulations with large design/shallow depth of cut (DoC).
So I would suggest you share one project if you can, where simulation take ages so we can see if there are tool path/feed rate suggestions to optimize the job.
