I have an Arduino Uno already and would like to use it to try and save a little money. First, are all the other parts available to order separately? If so, can I get a list of all the other items needed when ordering the motion controller components?
First: no, not all parts are sold here in inventables to my understanding but the essential parts are sold here (more info on that below).

you can use your actual arduino Uno R3, the only different thing between your (i assume) original arduino is the gbrl software that you can upload with XLoader or other similar programs
now the BOM of the controller kit from inventables is as follows:
- Arduino Uno R3 with preinstalled software [here][1]
- gshield controller [here][2]
- enclosure [here][3]
- 24 DC fan [here][4]
- wiring,mounting screws, nuts, terminals, etc
(you can find that at a your local electronics/hardware store)
now as you want to save money in only the controller (you still need to provide the power suply to power it, or use the one from the motors)
what you’ll really need is to:
Program gbrl into the arduino - free (search in youtube, it’s very simple)
g-shield - 50$
24V DC fan - 11.5$ (although you could find it cheaper on you local electronics store)
wiring - 2$ ? (now for the wiring it depends where are you going to buy it but it should be very cheap)
(the enclosure is not really necessary unless you are paranoid with the debris or if you want to keep everything together).
so adding it all together it’s a total of 63.5$ for the “essential controller kit”
