Wavy lines when clearing a pocket

I am trying to carve a letter M bank. When I cut lines it is perfect no issues. When I clear a pocket I get one area on the M that makes a wavy line instead of a straight. I am using a 1/8 down cut bit and the recommended settings from easel.
I have rechecked and tightened my wheels and belts. I have also checked the points in the file with no problems seen.

automatic settings can be overwritten by the user. so it is possible that your automatic settings are no longer the easel defaults and might be more aggressive than originally intended resulting in these defects. you may try using less aggressive cut settings.
