whenever i use tiling, for some reason it always sets the outer edge of the cut area to less than my timber with. can anyone help with this as it won’t cut my full shape.

What “machine” does easel think you are using? Could this be your problem?
To me, it looks like you’re needing to tile in both the X (Left/Right), and the Y (Front/Back).
Tiling works in the Y direction only (Front/Back).
So, it makes sense that it wouldn’t cut the whole shape.

Thanks Tcarter. what i discovered is, using the machine tab, the settings for the size of the machine were incorrect. you can change this without changing all the machine settings.
