Wiring the Optlasers PLH3D-6W-XF to the old X-Carve arduino controller

The first pair (Vcc / GND) is power, it can be fed by your existing 24v power supply. The second pair (TTL in / TTL GND) is signal: spindle PWM and ground from the Arduino. Mind the polarity.

I got a new laser (Opt Laser set up)

But have no idea how to hook it up. My problem is I that I have zero education in electronics and have no idea how to hook this thing up. I was going to use the old power supply from before I upgraded to the Xcontroller and picsender… Does anyone have any thoughts on how you would wire this thing?
