X Carve new issue stopping in the middle of cut

I have owned my machine for years and cut way to many things. Now after not using it for a month or so when I try to cut something it stops at a random position. The software closed like its done with the cut, but does not ask how it was done.

Then if I don’t hit the emergency button the things will just start moving all crazy super fast…

Never had a issue before the last firmware update, or software or whatever that was.

Okay, we messed with it for hours and now the machine does not respond at all. I think the board was going bad. I’m going to call support.
