X-Carve Upgrade: 9 mm Belt and Motor Kit

I installed the X-Carve upgrade motor and belt kit and tried a test cut of a 1" square and it carved a 1.5" square and I don’t know how to fix it.

Any help would be great.

Hello, you’re going to want to search for calibration. Pawpaw’s Workshop, among several others, have created a video showing how this is done.
