Which connectors are you talking about?
Again I’ll ask the dumb question. Because it sounds to me like the estop is engaged. Push down on it. It should make a sharp “snap” sound. If it doesn’t. Give it a twist AND a solid pull upwards until you hear a sharp “snap” sound. I know it seems simple. But many people have been bitten by that bug.
That didnt do anything I went as far as connecting the two wires that go to the e stop and that did nothing.
