I have adjusted the wheels and the tension belt, but when I start a carve as the X and Y axis move it jerks and is bouncy causing a noise…not sure what to make of it
Sounds like your X/Y axis are stalling intermittently. Noise as in a grinding noise?
Wheels / belts too tight?
Correct / default GRBL parameters?
