X-controller and computer

Hi,
I faced problem with X-controller. I plugged it, but, unfortunately, I did not see any light in the power diode (front and back panels of X-controller.)
and in the Device Manager, I did not see “ports” to contacted my machine X-Carve to my computer. I followed instructions according to article “Installing the FTDI Driver (Windows only)” step by step, and I still did not see any “Ports” in the Device Manger. I think, maybe, I need to replace the 2 PCBs in X-controller. I wait your reply to help me to solve this issue. Thank you very much.

Is this a new X-Controller?

Have you checked to see if the E-Stop has been reset? Are all of the connections correct and tight for the interconnecting wiring inside the X-Controller?
