Green and white wires are going to X Controller. The All New X Laser X Pod Controller* is the best in the business.
X-Controller has PWM output and Analog 0-10V output. These are used usually to drive the spindle and change its rotation speed G-code. If you use a laser it works similar way just instead of changing the rotation speed you change the laser output power.
