I am looking for a simplified wiring diagram that would include wiring from vfd to relay to xcontroller to be able to control the on/off and speed of my spindle.I also use PicSender to send the Gcode to my Xcarve and Vcarve Pro to design my projects. I have a 1.5kw/220v Huanyang Inverter, a 1.5kw/220v spindle. The relay that I am using is the 80KHz 1channel Optocoupler Isolation Module 12V No Din Rail Holder PLC Processor. I am not an electrical engineer so please make the diagram simple. If no one has such a diagram, could you please point me in the right direction. I can control the spindle through the panel of the VFD, but I would like to be able to control these operations automatically through the Xcontroller.
