Hi, I assembled the new controller, and moved old wiring over to it. I can connect to it over usb, but the axis’ aren’t jogging, all three don’t move. I have the wires paired according to instructions, have checked connections

Could be a number of factors. Odds are very good that it is something inside the controller
FIRST… check the E stop… make sure it is pulled up all the way and that you have power lights on the controller and the fan is running.
It could be that something is not seated properly inside the box… double check (remove power first) that all the circuitry inside the case is properly seated.
