Hi, here is what I have tried. Reseating cables, swapping cables, reinstalling driver, refreshing windows 10 through recovery, doing setup again in easel. but what I notice is that there is no ports showing in device manager. i’m hoping this is my problem instead of hardware. has anyone seen that before? experience with that or any suggestions appreciated.

I tried reinstalling my machine. no luck so tried another machine. no luck again. I took apart the controller, is there supposed to be any led light up when powered on? I don’t see one. power supplys working
I don’t think so. Have you tried connecting directly to the micro usb on the controller?
