Z axis/ Acme Screw--- (Sorted)

Not sure what’s going on here. I spent about an hour reading different posts here about the screw and z axis with no luck finding a similar issue. Any ideas why the screw rises out of the top like that? I don’t believe it is messing anything up as it only happens when I have the z axis at the limit switch and it jogs down.

disregard— Figured it out. Of course once you come forward and ask the question the light bulb turns on in your head. I had the router mounted too high and was catching at the top.
