Z axis adjustment too coarse

I’m new to the forum. I’ve looked for my issue but haven’t found the problem listed.

When I adjust the Z axis from Easel, it is either too shallow or to deep.

The amount of movement of the Z axis from Easel isn’t fine enough. I don’t seem to find a happy medium.

The jog movements are selectable down to 0.001" or 0.01mm

The smallest settings shouldn’t be too coarse.
