Z axis fails during homing sequence {RESOLVED}

The Z axis fails to reach the limit switch during homing if it is lowered to the machine bed or even a .5in workpiece. This causes an alarm and I have to unlock the machine and try homing again. Once the Z axis is high enough, there is no problem homing.

Please help.

I wonder if your setting $132 is wrong?

It is default setting. $132 = 55.000

Not sure if that is right or not for your machine but mine is set at 175.00

I changed to 175 and it works! Thank you! I was going by the default settings I got from FoxAlien.
