Pretty straightforward. I found an EPS of the full logo on the web and used Illustrator to pull out the text (I’m not a fan of image trace on text, too soft) . I put a rounded rectangle frame around it and moved some points to get the final shape I wanted. I opened the .ai in V-Carve and made my tool paths.
I prepainted the mdf and masked it with Oramask 813 then cut. Painted with some yellow spray paint, painted the back black and pulled off the mask. Nothing to it.

Have you cut hardboard with your CNC before? If so, what settings and bit did you use?
