Cutting bigger than the design

I have the 1000 x 1000 machine with the Arduino and gshield. What the machine cuts is way bigger than what I have designed (the scale is off?) I have run it through UGCS and easel with the same results. Not sure where to start diagnosing the problem, so I thought I’d turn here. Any ideas as to what’s going on?

Probably incorrect steps/inch that need to be recalculated in GRBL.
Or a work zero in a incorrect place .

If you jog the machine say 1/8", how much does it actually travel? 1/4"? 1/2"?
