Eagle with American Flag

I worked on it quite a bit to make it work as a layered file. The entire flag is new, the eagle is from Russel’s file. Since the carve I went in and fattened up the thinner areas of the eagle so they carve better next time.

I like your rendition.
The only thing I would have done differently is to make the stars pointed instead of flat.
But that’s just me.
Great work as usual.

That looks amazing! Great work. You said you updated your original file?

That one came out nice Steve. Now I need to do one

Thanks for sharing Steve.

What type of bit did you use? I tried using 1/32 on 1/4 inch plywood, but it not work.

Finishing was a 6.2° TBEM with a .032 ball
But why are your using plywood?
For good results you should use a piece of hardwood.
Plywood splinters and flakes.

I am sorry, but I tried googling it and I still do not know what a TBEM is? Does easel use TBEM bits?

Thank you, Drew

Tapered Ball End Mill, or they’re called TBN bits, Tapered Ball Nose, and you can not set up a TBN bit in Easel. You would have create your gcode in a different program “I use VCarve” and then run the job in Easel
Russell
I use these TBN bits
