@Zach_Kaplan I used the offset tool for this and then separated the layers. Maybe add an option to offset app to separate out odd layers and then it’s done.

That app is open source. You can change it yourself if you wish.

There is one issue that I don’t think has been thought about with the nesting of parts above and that is that the shoe store parts do not have a continuous angle from top to bottom.

so in my opinion you would be able to reduce the over all volume of the plywood used by nesting parts in other parts, however do to the organic blend of the shapes, it would not save cut time as each piece does not exactly nest inside another part… hope that makes sense.
