2.0 ~ 12,190 RPM
2.5 ~ 14,030 RPM
3.0 ~ 16,940 RPM
3.5 ~ 19,320 RPM
4.0 ~ 21,725 RPM
4.5 ~ 24,200 RPM
5.0 ~ 26,750 RPM
5.5 ~ 28,900 RPM
6.0 ~ 29,975 RPM

It’s close to the spec I think.
How did you manage to measure the rpm?
RPM on “any” shaft can be read by using white/black tape and a tachometer (optical rpm counter) - often used along R/C planes / rpm counting the propeller.
