@WilliamPaukert I’m glad you got it sorted out! Yes I agree that the most probable reason one of your jobs worked was the reduced distance that the machine needed to travel at rapid speed. It was most likely a combination of not enough current to the motors and excessive resistance from too tight eccentric nuts.
