Yeah they are but it’s a rental property. I’d still like to change it though
I guess the texture footpath you just used a wood grain bitmap?
So for the pocket area, did you just use a 60deg v-bit for the whole area? I’m still trying to learn the do’s and don’ts, best bits for each task, etc. I would have initially thought a 1/4"EM would have been best/quickest for creating that pocket - didn’t realize a v-bit could be just as efficient?
Any recommended initial settings for the texture?
Thanks!
This video is pretty helpful also.
Thanks!
I really like the texture on this one gonna gave to try those settings.
thanks ill save it as phils wood lol
I tried and just made a bunch of dots haha gonna have to read up on this
Awesome!
thats the bit you use for the first one? ball nose?
Thankyou.
yup boundary offset! Thank you!
Do you mind if I cut this out? I don’t mind changing it up,. mostly did it to learn this texture path for future use.

Pretty much just copied your design haha just wanted to make sure! I’ll have my lawyer call your lawyer.
I can’t quite tell on your address sign - do you have a chamfer/bevel on the outline of your numbers and letter? Or do they just have straight edges from the pocket cut EM? They almost look like they have a slope on the edges so I kept thinking, “how the heck did he do that?” !
