[Solved] X-carve not connecting to Easel --> Fixed by temporarily uninstalling antivirus software

A lot of us are having connectivity issues because of easels auto port detect. The guys at inventables are working on a solution right now. Until then, we have installed easel local 2.2 and that was the last version without auto detect. That solves a lot of issues. I can’t wait to see if I can use the newest version of easel once they make it so we can disable the auto detect.

We’ve added a fallback to let you enter the COM port the old-fashioned way, so go ahead and give the latest Easel Driver a try!
