Steps per. mm with cnc4Newbie z-axis?

I just mounted the onepiece X-axis and the cnc4newbie Z-axis.

After mounting I can see that the Z-axis travel way more than the increments in Easel.

Can anyone help me with the correct steps per. mm?

I still use the included Nema23 motors that came with the “first generation” X-carve.
